In the Windows 8.1 OS
to speed up boot process and skip “Live Tiles” you need to do these settings.
Firstly, in Desktop
view mode Right Click to the Taskbar as shown.
Then select
“Properties” title from submenu.
On the “Taskbar and
Navigation properties” window select “Navigation” tab as shown.
Finally, check “Go to
the desktop instead of Start when I sign in”, then press “OK” button.
During the next OS
restart you will see the “Live Tiles” skipping in Windows 8.1 OS.
